Trail change near Brandon Grover's house close to the mail boxes, look for the new signs that have been posted. Gill- Report given by Doug Smith. Again waiting for snow. There is a trail change near the Oak Ridge golf course near Dick French's access. Take the main road, go up the hill then go straight about 200' then take a left. This will take you out to Lenny Tyler's land, and again look for the new trail posted signs. Leyden- Report given by Jeff Miller & Jim Nielsen. Jeff Miller has groomed about 60 miles with the new groomer since the start of the season. The trails are looking pretty good. Jeff groomed the big loop around the fire pit. A local land owner cleaned up an access trail where they have been logging by running his tractor and box scrapper and really helped smooth over rutted areas. The Hunt Hill trail access issue is resolved. A new trail that by-passes Hunt Hill Road was cut by Jim Nielsen and Jeff Glabach between the existing trail and the Hunt Hill trail. Other Business: Bob Mason is working on a side project for a new tracked groomer. He will keep the club posted on his project and we can vote in a future meeting to help him out with some of the cost. Brad Stafford suggested a possible new fund raising idea to do a 20/20 raffle for a new sled. The idea would be to keep the tickets limited and see what sled options we could offer through a few local dealers. Several club members are looking into more details and will share in a future meeting. If anyone has any new fundraising ideas to share we are open for discussion. Please contact any of us, or come to the next meeting, as always the last Monday of every month at the Bernardston Vets Club at 7:00 PM. Our club's Facebook page looks good, we will keep information posted. We currently have about 75 Fans signed on. . Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Brad Stafford, second by Jim Nielsen, passed unanimously. Time meeting ended: 7:51 PM
